SOFT Chocolate Chip Cookies

“SOFT” Chocolate Chip Cookies
  As a mother of three, I find myself making lots of treats for my kids.  One of them is our favorite Soft Chocolate Chip cookies.  These cookies are easy and fun to make with the whole family.     

Ingredients needed:

4 ½ cups of flour

2 tsp of baking soda

2 tsp of vanilla extract

1 large package of vanilla instant pudding mix

4 large eggs

4 sticks of butter (unsalted)

½ a cup of white sugar

1 ½ cup of brown sugar

4 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chip
2 cups of walnuts (optional)

Baking:

Preheat oven to 350F

In a large bowl mix flour, baking soda and sift together, then put aside

Then in another mixing bowl combine white sugar, brown sugar and butter together until fully mixed into a creamy texture.  

Then add the vanilla instant pudding package, vanilla extract and eggs

After add the flour in four equal parts  

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.  

{ You can also add any other toppings as you preferred such as nuts or candy }
