SOFT Chocolate Chip Cookies

“SOFT” Chocolate Chip Cookies
As a mother of three, I find myself making lots of treats for my kids.  One of them is our favorite Soft Chocolate Chip cookies.  These cookies are easy and fun to make with the whole family.

Ingredients needed:
4 ½ cups of flour
2 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 large package of vanilla instant pudding mix
4 large eggs
4 sticks of butter (unsalted)
½ a cup of white sugar
1 ½ cup of brown sugar
4 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chip
2 cups of walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl mix flour, baking soda and sift together, then put aside
Then in another mixing bowl combine white sugar, brown sugar and butter together until fully mixed into a creamy texture.
Then add the vanilla instant pudding package, vanilla extract and eggs
After add the flour in four equal parts

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

{ You can also add any other toppings as you preferred such as nuts or candy }

Hope you and your loved ones enjoy making these cookies!!!!

Alice in Wonderland 1st Birthday party!!!

Celebrating my daughter's Layla's first birthday party was incredibly fun.  We wanted to do something different; My husband and I came up with an Alice in Wonderland themed birthday party.  We dressed our little princess as Alice with a garden and tea party inspire look.   We spend the last three months planning and making sure that every little detail was perfect.

We had about 80 guest that included 40 children.  We wanted to make it fun and exciting for each and every guest, adults and children alike.
We rented a cotton candy machine, hired a face painter and a caricature guy.  They were amazing.
The kids had lots of fun and enjoyed all the entertainment available.

A few things we decided to make were labeled water bottles, a piƱata, edible tea cups, birthday labels for goodies bags, and goodie bags.

The best part was the amazing cake done by a local bakery in town.

MAC Archie’s Girls Collection

OK. Girls here it is: the New Archie’s Girls Collection….. I was so excited and anxious to get my hands on this collection.  This collection is super cute and fun.  The mix of the sweet girl next door shades of Betty and the edgy much deeper colors of Veronica really appeal to me.

When my package finally arrived, I was super excited to open it. I was able to order a few pieces since; I didn’t want to completely go nuts until I try a few pieces to see if I would be happy with the collection.  I fell in love with the pieces I purchased and really felt like they mesh well with my skin.  The collection is fun and whimsical.

The packaging is absolutely adorable, reminiscent of the 1950’s era.  I absolutely adore them… I was automatically drawn to the packaging and equally drawn and exited to give the collection a try.  Once I got my hands on them; I fell more in love with them andcouldn’t wait to try them.  So once I gave them a try, I fell in love with them.

Shoe of the Month

A woman lives without many things in life; but her SHOES are not one of them. I decided to make homage each month to my favorite shoes....
This month of July; I would have to say that the "Christian Louboutin Daffodile Shoe" is my favorite.
It includes the Daffodile 160mm in black and nude, Daffodile Strass, and Daffodile lady glitter.

Looking at these shoes I see why we woman fall in Love more and more each day with Christian Louboutin.  I have a pair of the simple leather pumps and don't ever get tired of them..... The effortless style is classic and timeless... It goes with everything and they never go out of style.
